To distinguish whether the quotation is an American standard flange, it depends on whether it is the size of the British pound, which is written with the English abbreviation ANSI. With these, we can know that it is an American standard product. This is the simplest judgment. In China, the neck butt welded steel pipe flange product HG20617 is commonly used. This is a neck flat welding flange similar to 20616, which are two commonly used American standard flange products.

American standard flange is suitable for PN2.0mpa, usually called 150-2500 grade. Including American Standard flanges and blanking plates. There are no blinds in the standard. It is the flange cover. American standard flanges are mainly neck products, including neck flat welding products (S0), neck butt welding products (WN), integral products (IF), socket welding products (SW), and threaded American standard flanges (th) series products, butt welding ring loose sleeve products (LF/SE), flange cover products (BL) and large diameter pipe flanges (WN).

In China, American Standard flanges are called Asmi standards. The B16.9 standard is the term for the product. The common carbon steel is the A105 or A106 standard, which is equivalent to the domestic 20# material. The stainless steel material of the American Standard flange is the same as that of China. The most commonly used products are 150 lbs and 30Q lbs. This is like 10KG and 16KG in China, which are the most commonly used products. Gaskets are all metal wound gaskets, which are different from domestic materials such as asbestos and rubber. American Standard flanges should not be made of asbestos or rubber gaskets.
